You can eat sunflower seed sprouts with buttered bread, salad, soap, or muesli.
Contains lots of essential oils (cc. 40%), rich in unsaturated fats, mainly linseed-oil, lecitin and essential amino acids.
Growing: all year around.
For a plate of sprouts 1 tablespoon of seeds is needed.
Temperature needed for sprouting: cc. 20°C, water daily.
Before sprouting it is recommended to soak for 2-8 hours.
Sprouting time: 3 days.
