Mustard seed sprouts are great with buttered bread, soups, and muesli. Strong flavoured sprouts.
Antibiotic effect. Clears the mucous membrane. Good for the gall and the liver, reduces digestive problems. Stimulant, soothes muscle ache, purifies the blood.
Growing: all year around.
For a plate of sprouts you will need 1 tablespoon of seeds.
Temperature needed for sprouting: cc. 20°C, water twice a day.
Before sprouting it is recommended to soak the seeds for 4-8 hours.
Sprouting time: 2-3 nap.
