You can make many kinds of gluten-free foods and deserts from this flour, on its own or combined with other flours. Excellent for making pasta, desserts, and thickening sauces and soups.

How to use it? Here's an example! :)
Quark balls (Hungarian dessert):
For the balls:
50 dkg quark
10 dkg grits
2 tablespoons of rice flour
1 pinch of salt
For the sauce:
25-30 dkg fresh or frozen berries like raspberries or strawberries
15 dkg sugar
1 dl water
2 tablespoon of rice flour
Put the ingredients in a bowl, mix with your hands, and let it rest for 20-30 minutes. Resting makes the forming of balls easier. Form 2,5 cm balls with your hands. Put them in slightly salty boiling water, and cook for 8 minutes or until they float to the top. Meanwhile mix the ingredients of the sauce, and cook until the fruits soften. Serve the balls with the sauce for a nice dessert.
