Ingeborg Stadelmann's recommendations:
One teaspoon of Thyme-Myrtle Balsam, mixed with hot water, makes an effective bath additive or can be used for inhalation. Three additional drops of angelica root oil will have a resistance-strengthening effect. If the sick person is anxious or restless, try adding five drops of pure Melissa 10% in Jojoba Wax.
You can use it for children older than 10 years old, but if the child has a very sensitive skin, the children's version is still recommended.
